Analyse how trade affects the composition, affordability and accessibility of nutritious foods at national level. Identify and evaluate key policy tools at the intersection of trade and nutrition – including tariffs, non-tariff measures and labelling – that can be leveraged to support healthier diets. Apply critical thinking to assess both the opportunities and risks of trade for nutrition and food systems, especially in vulnerable regions.
