I cannot login to the website. What should I do? If you cannot login, the easiest way is to reset your password by clicking on the “Forgotten your username or password?” link on the Login page and then enter the email address you used when you registered with us. A new e-mail will be sent to this address with instructions to reset your password. Take the course

When can I start the course and is there any cost associated with? You can start anytime and anywhere, since our courses are completely self-paced with no tutor-led instructions and schedules to follow. There is no charge for taking our courses online or downloading them onto your PC.

I have logged in. How do I take a course? Once you are logged in, click on “Courses” in the menu and then select the course of your interest. All the courses are free of charge.

When I click on the “Access on-line” link to take the course nothing happens. What do I do? Most of our courses open up in a separate popup window. In some cases your browser could have enabled a “popup blocking” feature. It is normally not difficult to disable this feature. Please refer to your browser’s website for more information.

When I click on the “Access on-line” link to take the course, a new window opens, but without any contents. What do I do? The most likely reason is that you have selected a course that requires the Adobe Flash player, but that this has not been enabled in your browser. Refer to your browser’s website on how to enable this. Please be aware that some browsers and operating systems do not support Adobe Flash (e.g. iOS (IPAD))

What software do I need to run the course? The system requirements can vary depending on the course. Please refer to the “System requirements” section within each course description page for a complete overview.

Can I take a course on my iPad? Please refer to the “System requirements” section within the course description page for a complete list for each course. If a course requires Adobe Flash, you cannot run it on iPad because Adobe Flash is not supported by iOS.

I have a bad Internet connection. Can I download the course and take it off-line? Yes, you can. Most of our courses are available for downloading. Once logged in, you will find a download link in the course description page when available. The downloadable version runs on Windows PC’s without any additional software.

I downloaded the course but it does not run on my Mac computer. The downloadable versions of our courses are for Windows only.

I have a bad internet connection. Is it possible to send me the course on a CD-Rom or USB key? Unfortunately we do not offer this service anymore.

Can I print out the course? In most courses, a text-only version (or learners’ notes) is provided for each lesson (in PDF format). There is a link to these files in the first screen of each lesson. You can access the text-only version/learners’ notes of all the course’s lessons under the Resources section of its main menu.

Can I take a course on my tablet or mobile device? We don’t recommend taking the course on smartphones, tablets or other mobile devices with a screen size with less than 7 inch. Please refer to the “System requirements” section within the course description page for a complete list for each course. As Adobe Flash is not supported by iOS, those courses that require Adobe Flash cannot be viewed on iPad.
