- Describe the core elements of food safety risk assessment in the Codex framework. Explain how the outcomes of the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) are used by the Codex Committee on Residues of Veterinary Drugs in Foods (CCRVDF) in establishing Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) and related recommendations.
