Bivalve mollusc sanitation: Growing area risk profile

This course addresses the subject matter from a technical perspective. Individuals who would especially benefit from taking the course include:

• The potential hazards associated with the primary production of bivalve molluscs, with emphasis on microbiological risks

• Lesson 5 – Public health, consumption and intended use data
• Lesson 6 – Programme resources, conclusions and recommendations
