The content is aimed at national plant protection organizations (NPPOs), NPPO staff, phytosanitary capacity evaluation (PCE) facilitators, plant health partners, stakeholders and students, with the overall goal of strengthening national phytosanitary capacity.

The IPPC Plant Health Campus provides multilingual, certified e-learning courses that are accessible to anyone, anytime, anywhere in the world – for free.
Learners that successfully complete any of the IPPC-FAO e-learning courses will earn a digital badge. These badges are verifiable credentials that certify the knowledge and skills acquired by learners and can be shared on social media.
