Food markets do not operate in isolation. Their performance, inclusiveness and resilience are shaped by governance systems, public policies and the diverse actors involved in market management.
This course explores how governments, market authorities, micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), traders and other stakeholders influence the functioning of food markets in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
